mhd_diagnostics

This page contains a full reference of all parameters available for the mhd_diagnostics module. At the bottom of the page you can find an example parameter block that can be used in your parameter file.

mhd_diagnostics

Compute mhd diagnostics such as magnetic energy etc.

Name:	compute_energy_every
Type:	int
Default:	-1
Range:	[-1,*)
Description:	How often to compute, -1 means never!

Name:	compute_other_diagnostics_every
Type:	int
Default:	-1
Range:	[-1,*)
Description:	How often to compute, -1 means never! For now these are just disk mass

Name:	disk_mass_rho_threshold
Type:	double
Default:	1e-12
Range:	(*,*)
Description:	When computing disk mass, integrate only for rho>threshold
